The Italian Mojito is named after the origin of the main ingredient, the Cocchi Americano aperitif. A less citrusty, less tart, sweet variant of the classic Mojito that exhibits a very subtle bitter note.

Maybe I'm uncultured but what the heck is cocchi americano
Any substitute for the cocchi Americano?
I'm a bit of a cocky Americano, myself.
Ya know what? I've already seen some vids of this dude and this appeared in my recommendations so, well, I decided to subscribe
Steve the bartender should have more views
I suggest that you try making some cocktails with Greek drinks like ouzo, tsipouro and raki, if they are easy for you to find. I dont think they are gonna be the best thing you ever tried, but it will be interesting.
hey steve, is https://www.cocktailkit.com.au/ ur shop ? if it is im sorry to see that u will ship to sweden but not my country denmark, with is almost next to sweden 😀
Hi Steve I was at a bar here in Ireland and I found a cocktail called the old lady and it has 1 Oz of gin half a Oz of smirnoff vodka and half a Oz of apple juice and ice then u shake for 5-10 seconds and u garnish with a apple slice I would love to see u make it and try it please edit:before the apple juice you put in 1/4 Oz of baileys
I need some help. I want to go to the store and get all the essentials for my home bar. What would you suggest?
I prefer the regular version its also fun to make
Oi Steve I'd love to see you make that pisco sour you did long time ago with all the new knowledge you have
Great recipe! Suits the Cocchi (which I have otherwise been unable to find a good drink for) very well.
Cheers
My favorite mojito recipe is, change the rum to whiskey… then just drink the whiskey.
Haha we do have “soda water” in the states Stevo. We call it club soda
People in the states call sparkling water soda water, so i don't think you need to worry about translating.
Love the show, who stocks this in Australia?
What does Cocchi Americano taste like?
I invented an American mojito with an American aperitif called Cocchi Italiano ?
for such a big audience, you really need to start putting recipes in both oz and ml. My murica' jigger doesn't have ml and its annoying to convert all the time
Wonder of wonders, Cocchi Americano is available from Alko in Finland! That means I'll be getting a bottle and seeing just what it can do. We both love mojitos, so a variation in them is always welcome!
hi steve! Do you have a bar? we would like to visit!
Hmm sounds yummy. I have a question (as usual) but I'll go to the group and ask. Stop spanking your mint leaves, thought I tuned into some sort of kink channel ?
I really need to find mint leaves, it's the only thing stopping me from making this
What are the *you must know" ten cocktails that you need to know if you want to be a LV1 bartender.
Thanks for this drink, Steve. I'm always looking for simple drink recipes that use Cocchi Americano.
how do you stop the mint getting clogged in the straw for drinks like these?
Is there a reason you stir your mojitos instead of shake?
Yummy
The camera tilt. It may not have been super obvious, but it sure annoyed the crap out of me. xD
Is a normal White wine substitute ok?
Hi Steve! Thanks so much for all the lovely cocktail recipes! It really enhances the pleasure I find in making cocktails! 🙂 I have been trying lots of recipes myself lately but there is one cocktail that I simply can't find the recipe of: the San Francisco with alcohol. Different sites list completely different recipes and I am really eager to find the right one. Think you can make a San Francisco video some day soon? Hope to hear from you! Cheers!
Tx sir
I have been binge watching your videos for 2 days and idk what it is but a mix of you looking like you love what you do and my interest in the drink making just makes me addicted to these.
WTF? ??♂️
Once I had vodka mojitho that had as usual mint leaves lemon ice and a piece of chilly and I think some tobascoe sauce can you tell something about it how is it prepared
I found I love my mojitos with ginger beer and some sage and just a sprinke of rosemary added to the mint. Which… May be a bit far from an actual mojito at that point? I don't know lol
YouTube you let me down again
all hail down to steve….THE KING OF KINGS
Try a cocktail named Mish Mash. There is no better translation of the name.
