Russian salmon log, the Kulebyaka (Кулебяка/Coulibiac) – Cooking with Boris
A coulibiac (from Russian: кулебя́ка, kulebyáka) is a type of Russian pirog usually filled with salmon or sturgeon, rice or buckwheat, hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, onions, and dill. The pie is baked in a pastry shell, usually of brioche or puff pastry.

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
400g flour
5g dry yeast
half teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
some cooking oil
250ml milk
1 egg
Blins:
200ml milk
90g flour
1 egg
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
some cooking oil
The filling:
2 boiled eggs (1 use one)
100g rice
500g salmon
green onion and dill
6-9 mushrooms
1 medium onion
50g butter
salt, pepper

Out of all the goddanm recipes that could have drawn my interest it was this one. It took me like 4 hours to make it just for me to forget to flour my counter and for the dough to rip while rolling it at the last step before cooking.
